Bom dia to the Buff Boys Coffee Boy friend. Is Leo from Brasil writes for you. I get tell you the foods I has eat. It is like circle sandwich but no bread. They say is fish but no looks like fish. Is from China I think. Is called ooshee. Is have different the sandwich middle each one.
For eat the ooshee is like little stick hold finger hand. Is no easy but can eat for finger hand but people is laugh when is done. Maybe my Buff Boys Coffee brothers is make joke on me. They use the finger hand stick very easy.
Is good for taste and I like. Maybe you have try is before. I not sure where China from but there is lots place in LosAngeles to have. Is very good with wine because the bite of it is different. Ooshee feel different in bite so I drink the wine for the eat.
