Can rubbing this really stop a headache?
Ugh, headaches. I used to get them a lot when I was in school. They went away for years but now, for some reason, by the end of the day, sometimes, I get them again.

I'm not a pet owner but I'm a pet sitter here at Buff Loft. Of course, I'm referring to the company dogs, Bruno, the golden retriever and Charlie, the husky. They visit us in the office on a regular basis and when it's a day of wearing shorts or underwear, we do OK. When it's a pants day (thankfully we don't have many of those), it can be a problem.
Let's be real: gloomy, rainy days in spring can be depressing. If you're not fortunate to live in sunny California, you might not experience the rays like we do in West Hollywood.
Let me be completely honest upfront: I don't clean. We're kind of spoiled living in Buff Loft because there is a cleaning person. Having said that, there are times when spills happen and, of course, we often have the boss's two dogs here so there is minor clean-up now and then.
Let's be real: cleaning water bottles is the worst. You try to jam a sponge in there, you swirl it around (maybe you find a long wooden spoon whose handle you slide in to guide the sponge), and you're still left wondering if you really got all that gunk out -- which you didn't.
Let's talk sleep. With everything that's happening in the world, more and more people are saying it's hard for them to sleep... or blink... or stop shaking! But in all seriousness, studies show sleep is one of the most important parts of our day.
OK, let's talk retinol. You've probably heard the word but have no idea what it is. For a Buff Boy, it's a necessary work tool! Think smoother skin, fewer wrinkles, and a brighter complexion.
With the cost of everything going up, it's no surprise that consumers are constantly looking to save money by any means necessary. While bargain hunting used to require customers go store to store or flip through advertisements in the newspaper, technology has made saving money much easier.
Anyone who has their own kitchen has picked up some gadget they thought would be a game changer. They religiously use it for a week or two and then it’s forgotten because the novelty wears off. That's exactly what happened with our SodaStream Terra.
"They still make BlackBerrys?" It's the question we're asked 98 percent of the time when people see our Buff phone. They usually follow that up with, "I haven't seen one of those for years." What's next? "I used to have one. I loved it." Alas, they didn't love it enough to stick with it!
If you still have cable TV, you've undoubtedly seen the commercial for Navage. It's the blue and white device people put up their nose to drain their sinuses. OK, so maybe it's described a little more eloquently than that in the ads but you know what I mean if you've seen it.
