Fuel your face with a smear of this!
The demands to remain amazingly pretty as a Buff Boy are just... ugh... sometimes it's too much pressure.

Yeah, yeah, I should probably leave the food commentary to our resident chef, Ben. But I'm taking a break from reviewing the usual fitness, tech and lifestyle products for something that made my mouth really happy. Like, really happy!
It's widely known that there are two dogs at Buff Loft. While the golden retriever and husky live mostly with their parents across the building and far away from us, they spend a lot of time with our group throughout the day -- especially when the dog parents are out of town. (And they travel a lot!)

Let's be real: cleaning water bottles is the worst. You try to jam a sponge in there, you swirl it around (maybe you find a long wooden spoon whose handle you slide in to guide the sponge), and you're still left wondering if you really got all that gunk out -- which you didn't.
A new fitness product gets Team Buff excited because, well, we're a little obsessed. If it's not something for our hair or skin, it's for our muscles. (Nothing wrong with remaining pretty!)
Have you seen as many commercials and ads for this thing as I have?? For months, they've had me wondering what all the fuss was about. So, I checked out Oura Ring 4.
I'm not a pet owner but I'm a pet sitter here at Buff Loft. Of course, I'm referring to the company dogs, Bruno, the golden retriever and Charlie, the husky. They visit us in the office on a regular basis and when it's a day of wearing shorts or underwear, we do OK. When it's a pants day (thankfully we don't have many of those), it can be a problem.
You already know the joke: Buff Boys all about our hair, bodies and having perfect skin. Yadda, yadda, yadda. Because of that terribly accurate reputation, we're always on the hunt for the holy grail of lotions.
It's the little gun that could. Again. And again. And again.
You think coffee is getting expensive? Look up the Ember Mug 2 online. That's not a tariff price!

As a music lover, I'm always on the lookout for the next great sound experience. I recently got my hands on the JBL Go 4. This little guy promises big sound in a ridiculously portable package so I was eager to put it to the test. After a week of using it everywhere from the kitchen counter to the backyard pool, I'm ready to share my verdict.
If you still have cable TV, you've undoubtedly seen the commercial for Navage. It's the blue and white device people put up their nose to drain their sinuses. OK, so maybe it's described a little more eloquently than that in the ads but you know what I mean if you've seen it.
Ditch the sticky and embrace the chic-y
In a world where our hands are constantly in use – typing, cleaning, brewing, spanking or simply navigating daily life – they often bear the brunt of environmental stressors, leaving them feeling dry, rough and in need of some serious TLC.
My workspace, much like my brain on a Monday morning, used to be a glorious mess. Pens scattered like fallen soldiers, highlighters playing hide-and-seek under notebooks, and rulers performing acrobatic feats off the edge of the desk. I'd tried various solutions – mugs, small baskets, even just piling everything precariously – but nothing quite clicked. My desk needed something that was not only functional but also aligned with the minimalist, quality-over-quantity aesthetic I appreciate.
As I get older, I find myself looking for moods or vibes. Whether it's in the way I organize my things or just the way something looks or smells, I'm focused on moments and experiences (maybe even when they shouldn't be!).
As a car enthusiast (I actually just got some new wheels today!), I love the gadgets that I'd never heard of and don't need. But, sometimes one comes along and I realize I did need it, I just never knew I needed it. And living in the Los Angeles area, this one was worth it.
When we travel, the last thing we want to worry about is bringing one more device, one more cord, one more cord for that one more device. But, hear me out. This one is worth it... and you barely need any space for it.
Many people are into meditation or relaxation music (or both) to chill out at the end of the day -- or even to reduce stress during a trying day. I've tried 'em, they're not my thing.
If there's one thing we're known for around these parts it's our hair and skin. And that skin has seen its share of needles to maintain our famous plastic Hollywood faces!
Let's talk sleep. With everything that's happening in the world, more and more people are saying it's hard for them to sleep... or blink... or stop shaking! But in all seriousness, studies show sleep is one of the most important parts of our day.
Road trips are a time many of us grab a bag, load it up and go wherever the breeze takes us. But, do you use a gym bag, a school backpack, a small suitcase or even a laundry bag?
If there's one thing required for being a Buff Boy, it's versatility. Why? Because Buff Loft is not only where we live, it's also an office space. So, our work can be done in the kitchen, on the deck in the backyard or even -- dare I say it -- in bed. Plus, our parent company is in the broadcasting biz so when they come to town from Canada to cover Hollywood events, we get kicked out of the loft and shuttled off to a hotel to give them the workspace. Meaning: we have to be very mobile all the time.
Ugh, headaches. I used to get them a lot when I was in school. They went away for years but now, for some reason, by the end of the day, sometimes, I get them again.
